Depending upon manager at time of calculation -- rarely close to inflation percentage. Often less than 3%

Aetna includes a yearly bonus on top of their raise per year in April.

It is good... There is space for improvement

They could pay out more to the actual employees that do the brunt of the work. Management is not face with the numerous day to day difficulties so regular employees should be rewarded. After all, we do all the difficult work.

I mean, I got some really great performance bonuses. All were over 1k a year.
