The best thing is the time flexibility, it can also be the worst thing. Managing your own schedule can be difficult if you're not disciplined.

You;re able tyo work from home whenever you want. Money is maid when you visit small businesses but you can schedule appointments with small business by doing cold calling and emails which are all able to be done from home.

The best thing is the Company and the bonuses that they have in place for all associates. The worst is not knowing when and how much you are going to get paid if you are not working as hard as you should. It's a focused career path and there are a select few that can truly make it. Those are the ones that will get the bonuses and trips, it's worth it.

They do allow you to work fully from home if you like however not enough support from management on leads so it's difficult.
