Vacation & Paid Time Off

For the amount of pressure Aftermath puts on employees they should receive more time off. Employees are on call 24/7 28 days of every month. There is not any compensation while on call and a personal or family life is nonexistent due to the strict demands put on people. Sleeping at night is impossible as well because of calls received all night.
