Agiloft is proud to have a geographically dispersed workforce that has been supported through our generous work-from-home policy. We realized years ago that great talent can be found anywhere! As a result, we are well-practiced in utilizing a workforce who primarily works-from home. We’ve successfully crafted this by doing the following:
- Optimizing nearly all roles so all employees have the opportunity to work from home within the United States and Canada
- Building a culture that creates strong connections between managers, employees, and teams; promotes transparency between leadership and employees; and most importantly, facilitates trust among all
- Providing a wide range of resources for our employees including
- Job necessities such as equipment and collaboration tools
- Opportunities for employee engagement through employee events and team-building activities
- Communities that highlight diversity, promote inclusion, and connect about mental health
Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
Agiloft sponsors team-building activities such as the Donut Slack app, which pairs employees for informal conversations bi-weekly, allowing employees across the company meet each other. Agiloft also sponsors monthly employee events, such as trivia nights and game nights.
All full-time employees are provided company laptop or desktop, 2 monitors, and associated peripherals.
Agiloft promotes work-life balance by providing employees opportunities for a flexible work schedule.
All employees are provided accounts for Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365 including OneDrive and Sharepoint to facilitate team collaboration
All full-time employees are eligible to receive a $50/mo internet reimbursement
