I’m use to 10-15% and I only get up to 6% bonus. Not to mention you could be a perfect employee and will rarely see yourself getting all 100% since they only give you up to the maximum that your department preformed in. If your department only hit 80% then you can only get 80% despite all the hard you do and even if you hit all your goals. On top of that they allocate a budget to each department for bonuses then split it up.. so essentially there will never be enough to give what people are entitled to
