I have found that my insureance under the Safeway banner is quite good compared to other companies

Really, really good benefits. I donate around $50 per week out of my paycheck, and I am covered to the maximum allowance in almost every category for that price, and have the lowest possible deductible PPO. It's so good that I wouldn't be surprised if I died on the job and still somehow got paid.

Cost and deductible too high

Health, vision, and dental are all well priced.
