The health insurance is quite complete. Plus you can buy additional insurance such as legal insurance which is handy. Their 401K program is quite competitive as well.

The health insurance seems better than what i hear about though hard to tell since details matter. I do notice that each year the premiums go up but I bet that is due to healthcare laws changing.

United Health Care covers up to 70%, $500 deductible, $25 copays. Decent enough and better than Obamacare.
HCFS account is available for up to $2500 annually. Dental through METLIFE.
