The employer match was pretty nice. However, I do think there are others in the industry that are as good. It seems to be an attempt to make up for no longer offering pensions which is good.

Best thing is Alcoa has good stocks as fortune 500 company. Worst thing, they don't acknowledge that you actually are part owner in company because of this.
