The 401K plan had a reasonable company match. Not sure how much of the match remained after the merge. Fidelity runs the Novartis 401K and Alcon switched after teh merger. You have the standard choices within the Fidelity system. Stock options if you at a high enough level are also managed thru Fidelity.
