Overall pretty good benefit. The health benefit is getting worse but this is the trend everywhere.

Great plans and high deductible

Alcon offers many different health insurance options that can fit all employees. There are traditional style plans that have a higher monthly payment and a low deductible and also low monthly payment (HSA/HRA) that have a high deductible.

It's ok but you never get to use it

Before the merger health care was very reasonable and included medical, dental and vision. I doubt the benefits after the merger are as good. Rating is based on past data. The new Novartis package is likely to be 2-3 stars.
