I pay something like $17 per paycheck for my high deductible single plan. I've always had great experiences working with the insurance company whenever I've had questions about claims. Aldevron also contributes a large sum toward the HSA account each year.

I never needed to use my health insurance at Aldevron, but they offer Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield which has pretty decent coverage for most things.
