Health insurance, 401K where the company contributes, healthcare, paid flex vacation, quality of work life balance, you name it. For a smaller consulting company you may think you won't get benefits. Not true.

Excellent benefits but costly to company and employees because of the size of the company. Management does annual reviews with all covered employees to allow us to decide which plan to go with and then they cover half of whatever we choose.
