Health insurance is pretty expensive. You will end up with ~$500 MRC & $20 co-pays for family while insurance company covers primarily generic drugs and basic stuff. If you have regular dental issues consider yourself to be broke. Stock options are great (RSU and ESPP up to 15% of salary) while the stock is high and you've locked your ESPP while it was low. Annual salary increase is tiny unless you are promoted. SLA for performance bonuses is a myth, a typically a pool just evenly distributed between employees sharing same grade. You can do training & certification couple of times per year.
