standard health insurance in my opinion

Only ONE Medical Vendor! Only choice of five plans with this vendor: 2 HDHP, 2 HMO’s & 1 PPO. Much higher employee per pay period premiums, copays & deductibles, OOP max than prior years. Only ONE Dental Vendor. Prior to 2025, Alignment had very reasonable Medical benefit options & employee costs. It was a major factor for employment with Alignment. But very rapidly in October 2024, it was announced of a change: policy year to calendar year-everyone must make new benefit choices within next 3 weeks that will be effective 1/1/2025. (Policy year plan choices were just completed in June that was intended for 7/1/2024-6/30/2025). Transitions/continuations of care (TOC/COC) had to be started. WORST corporate decision made.

PPO and Kaiser option for health care. PPO and DMO options for dental.
