Not a great plan, not very robust when it comes to investment options and if you want a managed plan, you have to pay Vanguard for that luxury. The HR Dept doesn't seem to have any interest in setting up monthly or quarterly training or check-in sessions to keep us abreast of our financial future. They are extremely concerned about our health, but not our finances. Wish they would care about our long term financial outlook as much as they care about our waistline.

I thought it was smart for me to go to the union due to this reason when I was younger I grow up my father to Paving Foreman so I thought 401(k) was everything and anything well turns out 32 still young but that’s with the best players I’ve ever had
