Literally the worst. There's an HMO option which seems great, except there are no providers less than 2-hours away from me.

Dental is expensive too. They offer high PPO plans as well. No matter what plan you go with you're still going to pay a lot if you get any work done. If you're only going for a cleaning, you'll be fine.
