Rates are really high for the plans; STD core is 60% and buy-up 66.67% with max (way too low an amount); LTD is 66.67% with max but it does kick in after 3 months (which is great); the insurer is sub-par with claims - very confusing because the STD team and the LTD do not coordinate or take to each other
