Ok benefits, pretty good. Health insurance is a high deductible health plan supplemented with pre-tax dollars (HSA/FSA).

Reasonable based on salary. Could offer different plan types for employees wishing to enroll in a plan other than an HSA. HSAs are the future though.

They only offer a high deductible plan. This is not the best option for single individuals or people in good health.
