Not at par with healthcare industry standard.

Good coverage and contribution for employer

The copay is a lot, considering how expensive the plans are.

They only offer high deductible HSA's and each year the deductible got higher. The year I left the family deductible was $12,000, and of course we met the deductible that year so we were paying out of our eyeballs. We found another company with lower deductibles that at least offered a PPO.

They are pushing folks toward high-deductible plans

Health insurance was good, but become worse and worse.

The health insurance is expensive and the deductibles are very high. Their network of doctors are very limited.

Health insurance is fine. Good coverage for medical, vision and dental.

Absolutely horrible. High deductibles, poor service and expect to have claims rejected that most other insurance companies wouldn't think twice about approving.
