No participation by employer

401 K is avail. as soon as you become employed with the company. Company will match you up to a certain percent. If a loan or a withdraw is needed the funds are readily avail as long as their is 2 times the amount requested in one's 401 K investment plan.

Allstate matches 80% of your 401k contributions up to 5% of your income.

Good benefits when incur when you leave the company and often notified if any changes.

Very good matching program for 401K.

Match is acceptable at 4% but options in investments are limited and poor. Vesting period is long at 3 yrs.

they do have a match...but its variable based on company performance
