They only teach you how to write/quote policies, not how to used the system once they are bond and the customer needs to make a change or asking a question about their billing or to send an ID card. You have to figure it out yourself. It's a different system than the quoting one.

The training is less than two weeks and 90% of what you learn you do not use. A majority of what you need to know will be learned on the job through numerous errors. There are many times in the training when you are supposed to talk to your agent about something and they have no clue.
