This bonus is only provided to employees who have a better than expected rating. Very biased based on who the team lead likes or dislikes. Many employees have improved their work ethic, metrics, support in company campaigns, and much knowledge in cross training-clearly this is not enough based on the previous results for individuals that won the bonus. Trips and cruises are always established for the winners, and the same people have been rewarded repetitively.
