Allstate has defined contribution pension plan and 401K. Unless you started there more than 12 years ago when there was a deEfined benefit plan, the pension payout is a pittance. 401K is whatever you put in it.
Retired employees eligible for retiree medical until they turn 65, at which point they go into Medicare.
