Work from home is probably the only real perk. No 401k match, and I understand insurance is expensive for families.

FTO is good, however medical benefits are extremely expensive.

The best thing about benefits at Alphanumeric is that they have a comprehensive series of standard benefits that are reasonable. Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability and 401k are the main part of the available benefits package that I thought was reasonable.
