Job Training

Horrible and unorganized. I worked there a little over a week and I still was not properly trained and was told by the people training me, “someone will go into more depth with you eventually” I had no idea what I was doing and I was scheduled to open and close by myself that same week

you kind of had to have previous experience to do well at the job

To much training you are treated like you are dumb and need to be retaught everything everyday its a waste of time You are expected to download an app on your phone and do training quizzes everyday even on days off.

They have an online portal that's strictly for training. You can download the app and complete training assignments from home.

Very fast and helpful. I loved the hastiness.

It is on the job training. I did get the opportunity to go to a seminar once. Store managers go a few times a year.
