They put a lot of energy into including diversity. They also try and fill demographics more than promoting qualified candidates

This is a HUGE area of focus. If you are a high performing female or minority - you have the attention and a great shot at promotions. If you are a white guy - the odds are not in your favor. This place is going all in to flip the % of minority vs non-minority in the next 5 years.
