Amazon matches 50% of the employee's contributions to their 401(k), up to a maximum of 4% of their eligible pay. I give it a 4 stars, because other competitors either match dollar to dollar of the employee contribute up the same percentage that Amazon does, or they contribute 50% up to a higher percentage of the employee eligible compensation.
