The 401 plan was very beneficial

The service handler is very helpful, could use additional matching options

Great retirement plan and still can keep benefits.

Personally I don't have one enlisted, but Amazon will automatically enroll you in a 401K plan if you don't opt out. Unless you wish to have a 401k plan, please review your details in the A to Z app. Also you would have to make an account yourself even if they auto enrolled you, so you'll have money taken out even if you don't even have a real account set up yet; it took me 2 months to finally take myself off since nobody told me they'll auto enroll you.

Match is only up to 4% of income

Great 401k Plan, they match up to 50% of your first 4%

There is a match but also a vesting period.
