The bereavement leave was something I wasn't aware of until I lost someone in my family and the HR team helped me get some paid bereavement time off I didn't even know existed. It's very helpful when going through a tough time. I believe it's for 3 or so days.

Amazon Crest Hill's leadership is very kind to area managers who lose family members. Two days are offered, and the current GM is willing to offer more as needed.
