10% employee discount is maxed out at $100 savings/year. Usually that just covers the amount of sales tax per order. Would be nice if they didn't max us out and give us more than a 10% discount.

During the interview process they brag about the 10% discount you receive on Amazon.com purchases. Then when you join you find out the discount is 10% up to $1000 in purchases so basically it's worth $100.
