$100 per year employee discount

It's ok but could be more competitive

the company gave 10% off which is basically just tax.

10% off on Amazon, but 100$ max in total

Annual discount is pretty low

Only got $100 off a year shipped and sold by Amazon products.

So many discounts with various stores that also includes pets.

I think it could be better. There shouldn't be a cap on the 10 percent discount. You can purchase up to 1000 dollars of product that must be "shipped and sold" by Amazon. Totaling 100 dollars a year in savings from Amazon. I think the discount should be for the duration of employment. There are websites available for other discount opportunities, but I think this particular discount should be revisited.
