Good health insurance, however, it is the usual package as in other companies in which I worked for.

More expensive for the employee than the ones offered by other companies.

Several choices. I have an In-Network plan, and my deductible is $100/yr. After that, the plan covers 100%.

The choice of health care is up to the employee, so you choose the coverage that suits your needs and/or the needs of your family

The benefits themselves were fine; I felt like the coverage was adequate given what I paid (or what was taken out of my pay, anyway). But I never had the opportunity to use it because I was either working there or too exhausted to go to a doctor. Insurance doesn't do you any good if you can't actually make time to go to a doctor without taking a pay cut.

Very affordable premiums with low deductables.

They have a lost cost deductible with excellent coverage, and company paid long term and short term disability insurrance.
