Cost is best, they pay part of deductible. Large network of providers. Low cost to employee. Lots of options on choices of plans, medical vision dental mental substance etc...

Average health insurance, nothing special but not bad

In Seattle, I have really great health benefits with Premera Blue Cross. It is a challenge to wade through the options and the various implementations are rather bizarre. (Health care reform... real reform ...would help this.)
Maintenance prescriptions have to be purchased through mail order. (Starting in 2017.) I get that it is cost cutting but I'll pay more to avoid the hassle. Oh, well.

There are multiple health insurance plans available from a couple different providers and employee cost is similar to other area employers.

The monthly premium is reasonably priced given the coverage and deductibles. Very helpful for employees with family dependents.
