Job Training

The training is good and thorough, for each process you learn you have a period of time where you are in a grace period before you are expected to get up to speed!

I already knew everything i needed to know before i started working there.

Amazon has improved their area manager training since I was hired. It is best to find another area manager who is your mentor and is willing and able to train you. Most learning happens as you go. Some is now on-line.

There was very little training.!

Train 'til you drop: many high-level live sessions on various internal AWS services on weekly basis; free internal digital training sessions on many things Amazon; free online digital training with external companies, e.g., A Cloud Guru.

They offer on the job training

Barely. You get a basic intro to certain processes but after that you're on your own.

Their training is somewhat all right I wouldn't consider it top notch They ave Room to learn
