Il peggiore sono i ticket, quasi inesistenti o con un valore inferiore a quanto effettivamente si spende a pranzo, ma del resto non avrete molto tempo per pranzare, quindi...

Company Stock Options; Company insurance

There were free coffee, large relax spaces, fresh fruit, ticket restaurants and workstations. Despite benefits are over the average, they are not proportioned to the sacrifices employers do everyday (especially for senior profiles). Life/work balance is insufficient, and the (all very talented) professionists dedicate 10/12 hours a day to the company. However, Amazon IT does not provide children daycare, nor a gym. There is not a real cantine, and 5€ tiket restaurants are insufficient in the centre of Milan.
