People saying that no company matches tutiton like Amazon hasn't worked out with bigger companies, yeah most the ones that pay want you to do something that benefits the company in that regard yes it is great but I have worked with companies that paid 100% as long as you got A's 90% if B's and 80% for C's . I am starting there in a couple days so I do not know how the tuition works if follows the same steps or if as long as you pass they will pay the 95% i will find out

The Career Choice program is unmatched. After a year of continuous service, Amazon is willing to cover 95% of tuition and textbook costs. The only company that comes close to this kind of package is Starbucks with the ASU Program.

More on-boarding training before new employees are thrown in the fire. The first couple of weeks can be very confusing on where to find the information you need that pertains to your job.

I heard from management that if you stay for eight months and work full time, Amazon provides applications to have 90% of college paid for, but I don't have solid details.

You have to work here for at least a year and then Amazon will help pay 95% tuition fees should you decide to go to school to gain a better opportunity inside the company. Examples being a CDL driver or Lead of a warehouse.

Going to school can be expensive. I'm glad amazon is willing to assist my ambitions in furthering their education.
