Low end of industry standard. Delta Dental is the worst as they are reimbursing dentists peanuts for services like preventative cleaning so we end up paying out of pocket $100-$150 for every visit even though we have insurance as dentists are increasingly going out of network. We are unable to find a dentist in network for Delta Dental which seems to be a monopoly payer in the industry.
