Employee Discounts

Well only $100 per year on prime purchases

Not great and not available for all purchases as not every item on Amazon is an Amazon product. Employee discounts can’t be given to 3party vendor items.

Some kind of useful if you shop often from Amazon

It has an extensive network of discounts

Not really a meaningful discount. I understand that they employ a large number so a greater amount would scale costs significantly, but it seems like less of a benefit when you still have to pay to use it in addition to your overall membership while capping out at $100.
