Not sure about paternity but for maternity it's only 6 weeks of paid leave.

Not sure about paternity leave, though I know, new fathers get 3 days off. Maternity leave is 6 weeks pais and 6 more unpaid. (not bad comparing to other US workplaces. Of cause, very bad comparing to some other countries, but what can you do).
