Same as others - most get 20 days vacation, but only 9 paid holidays even though company claims 10 days. Huh, they count this New year and next New year in the same calendar.

vacation is capped at 30 days, and it can be accumulated year over year, there are also 15 paid sick days each year that can be used for any kind of sickness, even family member sickness.
