Unfortunately United Healthcare PPO is not offered in state of California. The only PPO option available in the state of California is the Aetna Healthcare plan.

Not enough health insurance choices and what they offer for PPO are very high deductible

It’s extremely expensive, and nothing good about it really.

Flexible and multiple choice

It was pretty good. I cannot complain about it.

Both high and low deductible plans provided. HSA available for the high deductible plan. Company-paid long-term disability insurance up to a certain salary (can pay for extended). Short term disability, AD&D, dental, and vision are also available.
