American Express is a company that offers one of the best health insurance package to their employers.

Good plan, but high deductible means that you pay a bit out of pocket to get the year started.

The negative is that it's a high deductible plan. The positive is that employees can choose from United Healthcare, Aetna and another provider. The physical therapy and other benefits within the healthcare plan are generous.

The HS plans offered have high premiums and annual deductible. RX costs are very high until deductible met.

Flexibility with health care providers but find that the premiums are on the high side.
