Job Training

This depends on the position, but for my position I had to pretty much figure it out!

Every position is entirely different, and it’s constantly changing so there isn’t one person who knows exactly how everything is supposed to be done unless the person you’re replacing has moved into a different role and is the one training you.

The job training did not prepare me for the job. Only five people from my training group of about 30 remained after the first few months after training.

The job training is done in Madison or Schaumburg depending on your location. It needs to be more hands on in the office so that it can be applied to everyday situations.
