157 hours less than other companies in the market

All PTO is in one bucket, whether it’s vacation or sick days, it’s considered your time off. It is nice that it doesn’t expire, however you keep accruing more and there is a cap at 150% of PTO that will be earned in the current year.

Being able to bank all of your sick days from the first date of employment (and not losing any) is an excellent policy.

I did not have paid sick days as a benefit.

There are Unpaid sick days

Not a lot of sick days, but they are competitive with other companies in the area.

They offer a fair amount of days each year.

NONE you have to use your "vacation time". and that vacation time is measly. If you have a good enough boss, they will let you off with out pay.

Fair and reasonable program. Can use sick days for immediate family care as well.
