The health insurance coverage for your spouse/dependents is expensive (both in terms of premium and out-of-pocket); however, you do get the option of choosing between two separate providers and two separate plans.

With the direction of Health Care we're seeing more high-deductible plans. American Modern has a good plan that balances the deductible with the cost. Really can't complain.
