I had 7 weeks of training at the headquarters in Rhode Island for my position as an adjuster and I felt very prepared for my role. This training included getting the adjusting license for all states. Once you're in your job, you need to take continuing education classes to keep your license, but this won't be difficult because your supervisor and manager will periodically email you links to various required or optional trainings on various topics. After the 7 week training, you will at some point go to a 2 week training in Wisconsin to learn about residential construction as well. 10/10 on training, I always feel prepared to do my job.
