It's limited in what it covers. The give you two choices: Aetna PPO or Aetna DMO. The PPO plan will cover at 80%, but the plan will only pay out up to $2000. If you exceed that amount, you're all on your own. The DMO is pretty bad option over all. You'll pay hefty fees for each procedure you want to get.
