They do a good job keeping the company together and connected for a remote-first company; however, they require way too many internal meetings. Meetings about meetings about meetings. Mostly because they don't scale staff according to needs and growth and have everyone in the company doing multiple jobs. It feels like every day a new fire emerges and impacts multiple teams.

I enjoy working from home, nothing bad I can say about it. I think that Amplify does a good job of staying connected with employees. We have a lot of ways to communicate and socialize with each other.
