Everyone gets sick days only because a law was passed, we get what the law says we get nothing more

They are very good at being able to work with you on your schedule, except for the few mandatory times/days you need to be in-store to complete activities or promotions.

.78 hours per 40 hrs worked. takes roughly 3-4 months to accrue one sick day, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Sick day(s) is misleading. Managers would only allow one sick day. After that, you had to have doctors note expressly disallowing work. You had to hope that your flu only lasted one day. Otherwise, you're out a paycheck.

You can take a sick day but you will be threatened to be fired if you dont have a doctors note for one day. Even though the policy is for 2 days sick
