There is a high deductible but it covers 100% after you reach it.

Health insurance is similar to any other company these days. High deductible health insurance plan with some different options.

Former
Prescriptions are subject to deductible, which is $2000 for employee only. After deductible met, no out of pocket costs. Premium is under $20/month for employee only. Costs end up making it cheaper than having to pay the premiums and co-pays for any health insurance through the Healthcare Marketplace (Obamacare).

High deductible hard to get used to but not bad in comparison to what's now available. Premium high for what I need but pretty low for most.

I love that they contribute to my HSA and the deductible is only $2000 before all in-network co-pays are $0.

The deductible is super high. I end up paying $2000 in cash for crap that post deductible would be like $500 bucks. After you hit it though it's no problem
